On my brothers '93 xj we put a budget boost on it and 31" Baja Claws. Oh and I am currently looking at an '89 xj with a 4" with 33" swampers... I might have to buy her... only $800!

Well when mine went it was leaking for at least a year before I fixed it. I upgraded to an AGR box. You probably have some time... my guess is it would just get more difficult to steer, it's not going to fall off your jeep.

Hmm, that's a tough one. They are both nice jeeps but considering that you don't have the time or money to spend on the willys then I would get the J20 and start wheelin'. It sounds like it's ready to go compared to the willys.

You might need a new steering box. Once the bearings or seals in that go bad you will see leakage right around where the pitman arm attaches to the box.

Well, I purchased a kit... I went for the Rocky-Road one. It does seem like lift blocks for steering but it does seem well engineered and the M.O.R.E. kit has the same thing but leaves the lower tie rod below the springs. Not to mention they don't come powder coated and the kit is 100 bucks...

currupt, yeah I still run a front track bar... it's a daily driver! I heard it's really dangerous to go high speeds without one. Bounty, where did you get that pic from? Is that from the kit that I was speaking of? It does look a little... iffy. I couldn't really see the new knuckles on there...
