im thinking that the front u joints should b checked it may not happen when ur driving in 4 hi bc there isn't that much torque on them. the added stress from 4 low wheeling may have caused a little vibe. just a guess though. it may b worth it to take a look. or front wheel bearings.

wow acting like that will get u no help.... just thought i'd let U; know.. and no i have no idea how to do that. and the question that u should b asking is will it b "safe" for your baby if u do the conversion.

not sure but i think that steel is pretty hard the lower ones were. i havent got around to the top ones yet. "ran out of funding" being a 2005 i would think u wouldnt even have to mess with the bushings yet unless u r going to put in flex joints or somthin.

or cut it out that works too if all else fails

im with jps4jeep, that much of a body lift does look goofy. try Car Parts, Truck Parts, Auto Accessories: Just Great Parts Cheap at CarParts.com. they r cheaper that jcwhitney.

i know around where i live we have Autozone its a parts place. They rent tools for free just pay a deposit and when u return the tool u get all your money back.

yeah i do have a tranfercase drop... for now, untill i get a SYE kit. it will have to do till then

i bought a lift that was 4'', shocks and all hard where included, adjustable lower control arms that flex (piviot). i got it because i wanted lots of flex for the money i wanted to do rocks and hard trails. here's what (Jester) looks like before and after.

r u going to do a spring lift or a spacer lift either way u will need to look at shocks in that height range. then what kind of wheeling if any do u think u will b doin. Answering those questions should help others help u.

i would say so im kinda window shopping for one right now too. I have herd of comp. guys using a three quarter inch piece of super hard plastic to save weight. but i am having a hard time searching them down.

it doesnt seem like it was that far out of spec. when i did my lift i didnt seem to have this problem. the specs in the instructions called for me to adjust the LCA's to 16.5'' center to center and everything went in smoothly. seemed to line up well and track down the road straight. does it...
