Our club had a turnout of 13 I think. Two of us had our tops off, it was in the low 50s, cloudy, and very high winds! Did about 140 miles topless (then slept like a rock for 12 hrs!!) It was a good day!

Looks more like a flare than a fender...they dont seem to have much of a purpose. Im not into cutting perfectly good fenders to fit mods like this, but thats just me ( old school.)

I saw an old CJ last year at Jeepfest, the guy made a bracket for spotlights that used the same bolts that go through the hood hinges. No new holes to drill, and they looked great. He drove it there, so Im assuming they are street legal...maybe you just have to point them down or backwards on...
