    Dana 30 questions

If it comes out the top of the axle housing, rdtj is correct it is a breather, there is supposed to be a hose coming off it going up to somewhere near the radiator. I also believe there is some type of check valve on top of the hose, will let air/pressure out but nothing in.

    Should have seen it coming

54cj3b, I am sorry for your losses, very glad they caught the 2 delinquents, really happy you were reimbursed so well by the ins. co. IMHO, I would find a suitable high powered handgun, silver tipped hollow points, and a lot of practice. I do not advocate harming anyone, but with today's laws...

i am not sure if i need a charcoal canister or not?

    Sagging rear end solutions?

The cheapest solution I am aware of is to go to a pull and pay, find a comparable donor vehicle and pull the spring sets you need. I did this a while ago and got both rear packs for $75 total out the door.

    Steering Assistance

Bounty, When you say upgrades in orher vehicles, could you be a little more specific? I have checked the steering several times, there is maybe 1/4" play at the knuckle where the column through the firewall joins to the steering shaft, equal at the steering box. It is my opinion that the...

    Steering Assistance

Well it is time to tackle the steering issue. The issue is as follows: The steering wheel is very "loose" driving down the road, I.e. have to move it 3-4 inches to start moving the steering box. I have checked what I call the intermediate shaft (steering shaft) from the column to the steering...
