From what I've read, I have 3.83 gear ratio on my '99 4.0L. In the event my 31" tires are contributing to my questionable MPG, would going to 3.72 make a big difference?? Is it $$/difficult/possible??

Can anybody confirm if a 31" full size spare will fit at the spare tire mount? ('99 TJ)

My '99 TJ has 15" x 6" wheels. The new wheel's I want to put on are 15 x 7. I want to put on 31 x 10.5 BF's. The wheel's have an option to come with a 6mm backspace. Is this reqiured for this tire/wheel combo. I don't have a lift as yet, I plan to get a coil spacer/ levelling (2") installed...
