If your talking about your tail lights, they should turn one way or another. They may be a little difficult if there is dirt and crap in them. If you have trouble with water in your lenses maybe drill a small hole in the bottom of them.

Since that is more or less an overdrive that should help with fuel economy also. Cool, it still sucks with 35 inch tires.

Short of powder coating I think you will be touching it up alot so just about anything will do. I also like the rustoleum.

Check to see if the knob its self is broke. Pop it off, it should be shaped like a D. Usually the knob will crack causing the D to slip around the rod rather then turning it. You can try a different knob or use a pair of plyers and see if the rod turns and still adjusts your air flow.

I wouldnt worry about a vanity plate, cant see it when its covered in mud. Instead save your pennys and get a winch or something that will be usefull.
