06 Limited Commander ques

If my commander limited 06 has DVD .. Can I add the new 09 NAV from factory ? Dealer says no.. They said I cant add the Sirius TV DVD or anything?

08 to 09 are compatible but not to an 06. The whole wiring harness from an 06 will not plug in an 08-09 commander. Communications between the the 06 and 09 are also different. Mopar DOES have a nav,am/fm,6 disc cd changer,mp3,5.8" display for the 06-07 commander. You will need to replace the instrument panel bezel and also purchase the installation kit. The Radio is around $2,275.00.Chrysler part # 82208653AF.. your probbably better off to get an aftermarket setup.

Has anyone driven a 2009 Commander with the 3.7 Lit? Is it awful??? 210 HP I cant imagine it performning well. I found a loaded black on black leather 2009 with NAV, DVD, 3.7, Heated seats, rear cam etc etc.... Its a great deal but its not the v8 or Hemi... WHAT DO I DO????

Out of all the "7" family(2.7,3.7,4.7 ,5.7Hemi), i can only say that the 5.7hemi is the only one i would pick for reliability and performance. Now if you want to stay plastered on your seat everytime you move the gas pedal, I would pick the SRT-8 , 6.1hemi. You will not be disapponted with the power.
