15" wheels on a WJ?

Lifting the 99 WJ

When I buy new tires for the 99 WJ, I would REALLY like to go down to the 15" wheels so i can get plain black wheels at $35/each and the less expensive 15" tires. Are the brage pads and/or rotors on the 99 WJ Laredo too big for me to squeeze the 15" wheels on there?
