1995 2.5l Distributor Install Help

Hi Guys,

Any advice on how to install a distributor on a 1995 2.5 yj on a disturbed engine? I want to make sure it is installed correctly so it starts!

Pull the plugs. Put your finger over the number one spark plug hole and turn the engine over untilthe compression pushes your finger off the hole. Pit the distributor pointing at the number 1 post (remember though, if you have a curved gear on the bottom of the distributor that the rotor will turn when you insert so adjsut for it and it might take a few shots) and then drop it into the hole. Pit in your sparks plugs ans put your wires on and start it up. You will have to adjust it bit that will get you close enough to start
