1997 jeep wrangler hard to start

1997 jeep wrangler se 2.5l. i have put a new fuel pump fuel filter alternator starter new plugs plug wires distributor cap and it still is super hard to start. ive tried turning the key to the on position and counting to 5 helped a little but not that much it runs good once u get it started.

Try turning it on wait then off and on again.repeat about 3 times.Works on mine every time.The problem with mine is the fuel is draining out of the lines and back to the tank.I am not sure why it is doing it,but it does it.
