31" tires on a '89 Grand Wagoneer?

How much would I need to lift it to fit them?

Is this a full-size (SJ) Grand Wagoneer with a v8 or the downsized version (XJ) with the 4.0L?

You'll need 4" of lift to fit them on the XJ with no rubbing, and I dunno about the SJ, shouldn't take more than 2".

Well, both the SJ and XJ were built in '89 I believe, and both could be a Grand Wagoneer. What engine does it have?
