31's rub on stock TJ suspension

Just picked up some Canyon rim 15x8's on ebay for the 2004 TJ X. I had the stock 15x7's but wanted to go to a taller and wider tire. Besides the Canyon's look better than the steel factory wheels. Anyway, I've heard that 31 x 10.5 x 15 tires rub....just a little....at full flex on factory TJ suspension. Does anyone have experience with this setup? How much is a little....enough to be concerned about chewing a tire or ripping up a wheel well/fender? I also know some 31's run tall and some run short from the manufacturer...so it's really a range of about 30.2 up to 30.9. I don't want to split hairs on this but if in your response you could specify what brand tire of 31's you're running that would be helpful too?

South442, I think you've got this setup....2004 TJ, 15x8 Ravines, with 31's?

Yeah, that's what I run. 31 inch MT'Rs. They're actually 30.7 inches according to Tirerack.com but close enough. I don't have any disconnects, so I can't say much for "full flex" but the times I've been off road I've had no rubbing and we did some pretty "flexy" stuff.
