88 Grand Wagoneer

I have the chance to pick up a Grand Wagoneer for $200. Looked at it tonight and it needs a lot of work. Would it be worth it to pick it it up and part it out to make some money? It has a 360 V8 and Dana 44 axles. The D44's wouldn't fit on an XJ would they?

I think it is definitely worth $200. You could probably sell the engine alone for $200
