94 Cherokee - steering column help plz

hey guys/gals! Hope your Sunday is going well!

I did a search on a few forums and google, with no luck...

I'm stumped with something stupid. I'm trying to get to my ignition, but for the life of me..I can't figure out the damned column shrouds. There are no screws, or seams. On the one closest to the dash, there is a "slot" on the left side, other than that, nothing! HELP!!

to get to your tumbler you will have to take off your steering wheel. you will need the key to turn the tumbler out.

Having the same issue I have the wheel off, and can't get the cylinder out. I tried the on position, acc position and it seems like there is a clip or something still holding it back.

Rovin; Please take a pic of the Steering column.i dont remember what they look like. i'll try to walk you through the Disassembly.
Lazy; Turn the key to the on position and look for a square or rectangular tab around the ignition tumbler. push it in with a small screwdriver while pulling "Lightly" on the key and tumbler assy.
