? about Vin # (New to Jeeps)

I am new to Jeeps, Got a 2004 Unlimited but when looking up the VIN it tells me it is a sport model so when I order aftermarket parts and they say OK for a sport will they work on my unlimited. I am talking like a island topper because It would need to be longer for the unlimited I would think.:?::?:

order the stuff for what you bought. other wise, you might be in trouble. if yours is an unlimited, order that specific stuff

If you've got an unlimited then order items for that. Most TJ parts for your year will be the same (i.e. brakes, engine, etc), but lift kits, tops and a few other things will be specific to the unlimited.
