Anniversary Rubicon Front License Plate Mount

I recently purchased the Anniversary Edition Rubicon with the stock bumper and winch. There is no place to locate the front license plate which i am required by law to have mounted.

Are there any brackets that will fit without drilling into the bumper ??

If you have a winch with a roller fairlead there are companies that produce a mount that "clips" to the rollers. That would be a no drill solution.
