The Jeep got a Bestop softtop headliner for Christmas. Got it installed last night, mostly by my daughter and her boyfriend with a little help from the one arm that I can move (I had rotator cuff surgery about a month ago). Not very cold today so I can't report on the insulation qualities yet, but the Jeep is MUCH quieter inside. It has a foam backside and inside matches the top. You have to loosen the top all around but it is not hard to install. Cost about the same as four pair of Under Armor underwear that I got for my son.
