BLOWER fan help, please

My blower motor is shot. I know it's above the passengers feet, but how do I get it out? I see no screws. There is a red tab at the base, but I know that's for the power hook up.

How do I open it?

1. Unplug the blower motor wire harness connector (HVAC Blower Motor - Typical).
2. Release blower motor retainer-locking tab and rotate blower motor counterclockwise.
3. Remove blower motor from the HVAC housing.

are you ositive it's the blower motor, TJ's are fairly notorious for the blower motor resistor switch failing.
