That's the old standby with the built in SWR meter, right? I used to sell those like crazy when I was in the 12 volt business. I don't need one, but that's a great CB radio.
I meant they've been making that model or a variation of it for a long time, not to mean yours is "old". I know that when truckers/professional drivers came in looking for a CB, they asked for the 29LTD.
I am not in the market as I have too many CB's on hand but for the people that do need one thins is a great unit. The Squelch button is a very ez fix at any CB shop more than likly on a few dollars for the change out if you feel the need to replace it. Also if you want this unit will bump up with ease. Can have it made into a real talker with the addition of a conex board and a few other tricks internaly for little money. Great little radio. tug
