i have a cetme .308 sport rifle with 2 25 round mags. its been shot 25 times . im asking 450.00

its all black synthetic ill check on shipping ? i guess ship it in peices?

You can not ship through the US postal servise...but UPS will ship your gun.
Now if your not a class three arms dealer its illegal to ship across state lines.

Now the legal way around the law.

prariepunk you can go to most pawn shops that sell guns, and with a crisp Jackson (20$) in hand most would be happy to receive a fire arm for you.

Other wise its class 6 felony of inner-state firearms dealing without an license.

the best, and most legal way to do it is for the seller to have a local gun shop ship the firearm to a gun shop local for the buyer, and he can pick it up there.
