Changes to the forum

I'm working to upgrade the forum software a bit, so you may notice some glitches here and there.

Not trying to change things, but we're at a point where the server has be to upgraded (end of life software, etc), which requires me to rewrite a few things.

The gallery is not working currently - I'm not to sure of its fate, as it's incompatible with the current version of PHP. I'll keep plugging away.
