Chrysler sales up 11%, best July since 2006

Looks like the good news keeps coming for Chrysler / Jeep

This morning, Chrysler Group reported it sold 140,102 light vehicles in July, which represents an 11.1% increase over July 2012 — the company’s best July results since 2006. Chrysler has now racked up 40 months of uninterrupted year-over-year sales improvements.

Jeep brand sales were up 1.7% despite the drag of the discontinued Liberty. Every current production Jeep model posted double-digit improvements.

It does seem that if Chrysler builds jeeps that in new models are attractive to the public , the jeep sales will continue and be successful. I believe no matter what hits the show room , there will always be a large crowd for the the jeep , young and old. Build the jeep and they will come !
