CJ-7 WANTED for project


i had one that was running but i dont have anything left of it in one piece. everything was disassembled but i fu want a frame i got one and motor and trans also...
 

if you still have it when i do find a cj i might get it from you
 

ok no problem let me know when you need it and if i still have its yours, i still have reciepts from rebuild and its only gone 7k miles since that.

So what is 'within' your price range? I have an 85 CJ7 Renegade. There is a post floating somewhere around here on it. Asking $5000, just painted, hardtop, 31's....

I have a 1979 that is at best a project! It runs and goes to the woods and brings me home as well. It is running great with a new motorcraft 2150 carb installed new glasspac exaust new manifold gasket fresh total tune up on an in line 6 358 tied to a T18 transmission and a Dana 20 transfer case all shift great. It has a goofy old Sear & Robuck hard top that look funny but preforms better than most of the new factory tops due to the rain gutter all around and removeable sides. Camo paint and a winch and brush gaurd. On the down side It is the uglyest Jeep on the planet. Needs new front fenders and seats. It needs the dash to be reworked and really want a project jeep with the right stuff in to start with just make up and rouge needed, shot me a PM and we will talk.
