87 YJ - went to start yesterday and nothing as if there was no battery in the Jeep check battery cables starter wires ect still turned key & nothing but all the electricals worked fine after about and hr of intermittently trying to start the Jeep I purposely pressed the clutch as hard to the floor as possible & it started and ran fine the problem has not occurred since, could this just be a coincidence or could it be some type of clutch interlock switch? I know the new wranglers have a clutch interlock not so sure about my 87 YJ
