The PCM learns the change within 500 miles and cancels adjusts.
Second unless you are planning a tubo and open the intake and throttle body and exhaust HP or Torq change is in the noise of testing error.
There is a thread out tgere where a guy dynos a number of changes to prove the stock intake is all that is needed
