It's very wrong. For your single cardan setup you want the pinion angle parallel with the transfer case output.

Your setup is ideal for a CV (double-cardan) rear driveshaft, which yours is not.

Is all the weight on your rear suspension? I don't think you'll be able to get the rear pinion down to where it should be without the front ujoint binding. Your best answer is either a SYE install with CV rear driveshaft, or lower the transmission crossmember.
