the biggest problem i see is that the 89 is the I6 4.0 242CU motor, and the 95 will be a I6 4.0 242 HIGH OUTPUT motor, which will give you about 15 extra HP and even more torque. It would make sense that the exhaust manifold would still work, as a common mod is to add a high output cylinder head to a non high output motor... and engine mounts would most likely be the same too... i wouldn't see why they would change. wiring might be a different story, as you will likely need the harness and computer that goes with the HO motor.[addsig]
