Exhaust Question

I have been having trouble finding a cat back exhaust system I could put in my 1980 CJ5 with a 256 I6.

I looked at Borla and some other mfg and they don't make one. I ran across this one at JCWitney but have never heard of the company and it seems awful cheap.

Anyone had any experience with Heartthrob Exhaust

I have no personal experience with Heartthrob but did see them featured on an episode of Stacy David's Gearz television show. Here's a YouTube link to that segment...

I think I'd go for it if the system is what you need. Afterall, unless you have something custom fabed at a muffler shop what other choices do you have?

Couple guys on the Sport Trac board (my other rig is a Sport Trac) run the Heartthrob because it is the only dual-out system made for '01-'05 Tracs. I don't hear any complaints.

Got the kit in the mail the other day, looks to be great. I did have to order a few OEM brackets as mine are rusted out and current system is heald on with coar hangers. Will post after the install and try to get some sound clips as well.

Got the hangers in the mail so will get the saws all out soon and see what happens soon.
