Front end popping

I have a 07 Jeep Wrangler 4door jk when driving can feel a little pop in the front Thur the steering wheel everything feels tight under the front any ideas

You need to jack up the front and carefully check all the steering and suspension components.

Any chance you have a locker in the front? Stuck in 4wd?

For my 2 cents I'd guess it's bad ball joints. Especially if the popping happens when you are on bumpy / uneven roads.

Sway bar and sway bar links. Your sway bar can slide until one end catches the frame. Then possibly pop off the edge. Or if the links brake the bar separates and bangs down on the link going over bumps or rises.

Also consider axel joints. Bad ujoint in an axel will bind on a turn.
