Gain by changeing springs shocks?

Hi what will I gain and what will I loose if I change the stock springs and shocks on my 2008 Sahara unlimited with the trailer towing package with the springs and shocks from a 2009 Rubicon unlimited that also has the TT package ? I have the take offs from a friend so thats what I have to work with. Thanks Eddy

I haven't heard about differences between regular JK's and the JK Rubi but I'm guessing they're the same suspension setup.
