When I start my 91YJ, I have gas spewing out of one of the lines coming out of the top of the gas tank!! It looks to be a rubber hose and leaks right where it connects to the metal fuel line. The leaking line is the closest to the rear of the Jeep. Is this something that can be fixed easily, can the rubber looking line just be replaced and do I have to drop the tank?? I need to fix it ASAP!!

You can fix it yourself, and it shouldn't be too hard. It sounds like the fuel filler hose is dry rotted, or the clamp is too loose. Take some time and look at the hose to see what's wrong (post photos if you can)
If you need to replace it you can get rubber replacement fuel filler hoses from the dealer, Quadratec or ebay
