Hard times with hard top

I got a 2000 TJ hardtop that seems to leak like mad in the rear. I have to keep a towel in the very far back and replace it every couple days. The weather stripping looks fine. Any ideas??? Also, I get a lot of condensation on the interior of the hard top and it causes a lot of mold. Is this normal?

no, something is wrong. i never had leaks when my hard top was on. get inside and have someone spray the outside with a hose, might be running from the door area

Not sure how those widows seal but I had a full size cherokee for a long time that had a lot of rust in the rear fenders.. Turns out the window seals leaked and ran down inside the body panels..
