heater doesnt have high?

ok this is the second jeep I ve had with this problem. my first one was a 2000 TJ that only had high heat. i sold it like that. his problem now. lol ( I did tell him though.) My 97 TJ i have now did not have any heat at all, well heat but no blow. i switched the blower motor which is super easy, thanks to steelheadz, and now i have the first three settings but not high?:x Does that mean its the resister in the glove box? or is the new motor bad also. (used off ebay $10)

Theres 2 circuits that feeds the blower motor. Depending on the settings, is contingent on which circuit it's going to get power from. Check fuse 11 on the PDC . This is the feed for the high setting and does not go through the resistor block.
