My Jeep wouldn’t start the other day it say hot oil on the dash so I had it towed when they got it they said it started fine. After I got it back the horn wouldn’t work when I lock the Jeep and when I press on the horn
Check your battery
Check connections to the battery
Clean connections and the opposite ends of the connections
If that didn't work there is a connection behind the dash that comes undone/loose
