I have a 90 wrangler with a spring over well the U-joints keep breaking from the pinion angle im guessing, but have no clue how to get it set correct any help would be great

you have to use something to tell you the angle. some people say you can use some app on your phone and it works great. some use a level or a plumb bob and a graduated angle scale.

someone else will come and tell you specifically though, i have only read about it since i never had that trouble on my jeeps

do you have a SYE? if not, invest in one, SOA and stock slip yoke will not allow for an acceptable angle and not blow u-joints. you will basically have to aim the pinion directly at the out put which will starve the oil slinger in teh diff of oil, the gears will over heat and Ka-Boom

So even if i do a t case drop their is no way to make it work? And is their a way to flip the axle over so thatit has a high pinion?

if your springs were so negatively arched that it put you at only about 3.5-4" of lift, the drop would work, but it would not remove the added stress on the pinion U-joint. A t-case drop really only lowers the t-case about .75" and the out put angle only chenges a degree or two at best. when you install a SYE, you can gain upwards of 7" of drive shaft length, this will change the driveshaft angle by anywhere from 10-15 degrees.
