How much should i sell my YJ for?

I am in a tight spot and need to decide what to do. what can i get for my YJ

here are the specs:

5speed AX5

Interior is pretty much stock
black supertop with full rag doors
Hood mounted KC lights
CJ-7 tail gate
M8274 motor is blown
Cold air intake
SOA with Waggy spring
Dual D44's with 3.08's
35x12.50 15's on 15x8 black steel wheels

would also include:

4gallon air tank
york comoressor for OBA

Needs:

SYE and rear drive shaft
rear brake line
E-brake cables
rear shock mounts


ill snap some updated shots of it tonight. but based on my list what do you think i could get for it? keeping in mind that I DO NOT WANT TO SELL IT, i am just trying to weigh my options.
