How to adjust fuel/air mix for 97 2.5 ltr wrangler?

I'm running too lean. How do I adjust the fuel mix for my 97 2.5 ltr wrangler?

Is this engine have a carborator? Stock 97 2.5 do not.
If it has a carb post a pic of it. If it has only a Throttle Body, you cannot adjust it manually.
What is the issue and how do you know it is too lean?

If there are any codes please post them up.
