I'm doing some work on my Jeep, and removed the rear driveshaft to have a new one cut down to size. While waiting for that I took my (now front wheel drive) Jeep out for a spin, and it drives like a new Jeep!
I've got 2.5 inches of suspension lift, and had no idea that there were any driveline vibrations. I noticed my CB antenna wagging back and forth, and could feel a slight shimmy on the highway, but never really thought about it. Now, without the rear driveshaft in, you can really feel the difference - no vibes at all.
So, if you can feel any slight shake, try pulling your rear driveshaft out and go for a spin - you may need to address some driveline angles.
