Is it a blown head gasket? Or something else?

Help please! Truck runs fine at first with a little smoke (I was told condensation) at start up (which disappears after time) until it warms upand them it disappears. . I know I need an oil change, and tune up (spark plugs), possibly a catyletic converter, or I've also heard water pump. Anyway I make a 5-7 mile trip (no smoke is seen all the way going to my destination) and on the way back it starts reading hot and blowing thick white smoke, but I'm not losing any antifreeze. Could it be something else besides the head gasket blown?

Welcome to Jeepz.com Tracy.
What year and model Jeep do you have?

Noting you not loosing coolant. Are you looking in the radiator only or are you considering the resubmit as well.
If you were blowing coolant out air is getting in. The next start will overheat quicker.

Oil blow by produces a bluish wire smoke.

Is oil getting pushed into your intake?

It sounds like a head gasket. And i know, mine are out on my 87 on both sides of the engine. :(
