Is this a fuel pump thing?

Mah Jeep wont start!
The ignition engages the starter with solid crank.
The O2 sensor cable/connections are safely secured and undamaged
All fuses checked out OK.

When I turn the key one step before ignition I dont hear anything 'kick on' (the radio and instrument cluster come to life though).

Hey, at least I got to drive her for 2 days in a row!

Check your fuel pressure with a gauge to make sure its a fuel pump issue. Any codes?

Well I jumped the relay(PCM Fuel pump from 87-30) and heard something kick on. I dont have my voltmeter at home so I cant check that now. I did find my ground (by the dist) and its connected still.

This issue started when just changing out the bulbs and checking the fuses in/near the instrument cluster. Is there anything under there that could have caused this?

Also (and i dont have any idea if this could be related) when I turn the key to accessory I no longer get a warning buzz. I have always gotten a warning buzz.

I guess i just feel that they could be related but have zero evidence or knowledge here...
