JK diesel filling

I have a 2009 JK diesel. It's a total pain to fill as the bowser constantly clicks off. It's been painful for years now but definitely getting worse. I'm assuming that it's a combination of the filling pipe being too narrow and the breather too small or blocked. I'm wondering if this is a common problem and if so how it's best rectified? The last tank took 20 minutes for 20 liters before I gave up due to the impatience of those in line for the bowser behind me.

I know the vent lines cause problems on lots of jeep models.

Well, down here in the US we don't get the diesel JK but, they have had a recall on the gas models for a couple years now for the same exact problem. I had the problem for a couple years and got sick of it. I brought it in and by the time they were done, there was hardly any improvement. As long as I don't let it get too low it fills much easier.
