Jk mirror arm bolt.

I've looked at numerous threads & videos but no one has given me a solution. I need to remove the bolt underneath the arm that holds the side mirror housing. I want to install a new mirror housing that has led turn signals but I need the original stem mount.Any help on removing that bolt will be appreciated. Three of my friends have tried and none have been successful.

My only recommendations on torx bolts are to be sure the dirt and paint is cleaned out first.
Then use a sharp end torx bit. So it fits down into the corners of the bolt. Otherwise it will strip.
Try loosening and tightening to get the bolt to move. You might try heating the bit red hot to help loosen rust or any thread locker.

Thanks .I'll try your method of heating it.i saw that video but it doesn't help because she already had removed the bolt but doesn't clarify how she did it like all the other videos I saw.i'll give it another shot later on today.thanks
