Leaky gear box

I have had a leak in my power stearing box for over a year now and I just keep on putting more fluids in it if it gets low. Is it expensive to replace? Its not a major leak, it just is a hassle always having to watch it.

Wheather it be a leak in the gear box or the pump, the most cost effective route is a rebuild kit for the DIY'er, if your so inclined. Removing and/or replacing is not overly difficult. Not sure about your model Jeep, but a CJ gearbox is around $180 or $15 for the kit and the pump is about $40 (and will not include pulley) or the rebuild kit is around $12.

Rebuilding looks to be a pain, I'd recommend a replacement.
