i was gonna pick up some spacers to throw in under ye olde coils yeilding 3 and 3/4 lift in the front with only a shackle in the back until i get my spring packs, could that cause bad driveline angles? if so and i got shims, would i have to get different shims when i lifted the back?> thanks guys

3.75" is too tall a coil spacer, the top of the coil spring could easily fall off the mount and you'd be in it deep then. Tallest coil spacer I've seen is 2" except for the adjustible spacers.

Never seen one for under the spring. I think that one would easily be spit out when the spring extends under full droop. So how much lift does this combination of spacers provide for the front?

well its gonna be like 3 or 4 inches, im just rigging stuff up until i get new coils of that ACOS adjustablespacer. The spacer at the bottom could be held down by the spring retainer clip.

Rusty's has 3" lift coils for $99 a pair, other heights can be had reasonably cheap. I wouldn't fab anything under the spring, and limit spacers above the spring to about 3" without the ACOS.
