Yep! Charles and I got together again on Memorial day!
We ran the Slaughterhouse Gulch trail near Bailey, Colorado.
We met up with some members of the Colorado Jeep Club and had some fun!
On the trail with the 4 rigs.
Charles headed around a wet corner.
Wet? Rain? Yes!
A group shot while eating lunch!
Even though it was wet and rainy, everyone was dry. There was no carnage. All of us had a great time.
On the way back to town, I was last. I noticed that one of the guys was having a problem. He would hit a bump at a low speed and the front tires would engage in a tru death wobble! It was a most awesome thing to observe. We both pulled over and started to look over the steering components. Some things were loose, but the connection of the steering stabilizer shock was really loose. We tightened that mount. I followed him back to US285 and C-470. He headed north toward Arvada, I headed toward Englewood. We both made it home OK.
