I have the 8000lbs electric milemarker winch. When I got it I could not get the remote to move the winch in both directions. I did some troubleshooting on it and found one of the solenoids to be bad. I called milemarker and they sent me a new solenoid. I but the winch on my Jeep and have used it one time to pull myself out of a bad place and used it in my driveway to get the cable wrapped evenly. It worked good and customer service was good to me, so I'd say Milemarker is ok.[addsig]

you can find them at www.jeeperz-creeperz.com the guys name is Kevin. This is where i bought all my lift kits from. Seems to have good prices. I know he carries mile marker hubs... so he should have there winches too.[addsig]
