My clutch problem

It turned out that my clutch had a leaky master. The shop filled it with more fluid and told me to just pump it until it's good for today. Tomorrow they're going to fix it. They had to UPS a part and are asking about $350 for it. -Mike

My master went out a couple weeks ago and 350 is outragous. I work at a service station and our cost on the part in mine was 115 and we would have charged a customer about 190. And our computer only calls for 1 hour of labor to replace it. Hopefully this might help you in some way.[addsig]

Too late, they already fixed it. The mechanic let me watch him and even talk to him while he did the replacement. Next time something like that happens, i'm doing it myself. Honestly, I know nothing about cars and i still couldve done what he did. -Mike
