Need flare advice...

Not sure if I'm doing this right, just joined today..
Heres my problem..
Have a 2004 Jeep Wrangler X, been slightly modified w/armour flares & it won't pass Wv inspection.. Is there any kind of flares I can put over the armour flares? Thanks for any kind of feedback!!! Jill

Your doing things right. You bought a jeep didn't you? And your posting up asking for help. Two Thumbs up. Not sure I understand. WV inspection requires fender flares to??? Cover tires? Post a pic of your jeep. Please!

Are you just looking for something that sticks out farther than the tires?
