NEED TRANSFER CASE

I need a transfer case rebuild kit for a NP 229, or a good used one. It is on a 1990 jeep grand wagoneer. Any help would be great.

Bone yard would be the first place I would look. but would a np 231 fit, they are both driver side axle T cases. Should it bolt right up? just seeing if there are other options.
