M mike48 New member Jan 25, 2016 #1 just changed the cam and oil pump drive assembly on a 2006 jeep unlimited, did not remove the head, just loosened the rockers enough to get push rods out, did change the lifters, is there a way to tighten the rockers for the starup to break cam in.

0III0forlife New member Jan 28, 2016 #2 They are set at a certain torque. With a hydraulic lifter, if they were too loose, they would do just as much damage as being too tight.
